Saudi product-video voiceovers: keep every version matched to its product
Prepare a set of Saudi product-video voiceovers without copying the wrong feature, included item or call to action into another export. Includes two worked scripts and a release checklist.
One voice, two products, two different promises
A shop asks your agency for videos of a travel mug and a coffee gift box. Reusing the same structure is sensible. Reusing “keeps your drink warm” in both scripts is not: the second product may contain coffee but no mug at all. This is a version-control problem before it is a voice-selection problem.
The products and scripts below are invented examples for planning, not real offers or customer results. Replace every fact with information confirmed by the merchant. Keep this register in your existing spreadsheet or production document; it is not a catalogue-import or batch-generation feature in FasihTTS.
- MUG-01: travel mug; verified feature: lid with a sliding opening; footage: opening the lid; destination: mug colour selection; audio: MUG-01-ar-v1; video: MUG-01-video-v1.
- GIFT-02: coffee gift box; verified contents: two coffee bags and a message card, no mug; footage: all included items; destination: gift-box contents; audio: GIFT-02-ar-v1; video: GIFT-02-video-v1.
Write complete lines, not a product-name swap
Mug script: «قهوتك معك في مشوارك. هذا الكوب بغطاء وفتحة منزلقة. شوف الألوان المتوفرة، واختَر اللي يناسبك.» The line describes the example's lid, not an unverified insulation duration or leakproof guarantee. Meaning: take your coffee along, see the lid's sliding opening, then choose an available colour.
Gift-box script: «تدور هدية لمُحِبّ القهوة؟ هالعلبة فيها كيسَين قهوة وبطاقة تكتب فيها إهداءك. شوف تفاصيل العلبة قبل ما تختار.» Confirm the actual wording with a Saudi listener and the merchant, including whether the buyer can write on the card. Meaning: a gift for a coffee lover, with two bags and a message card; check its contents before choosing.
Choose the voice with a difficult line first
Listen to this existing Omar recording in Saudi Najdi, then test a short line from your own script. The recording has its own public demo text and fictional offer. It is not audio of either example above, and its price or delivery wording is not a FasihTTS offer.
Keep the voice and dialect noted beside the script. The same selection does not guarantee identical pace or expression across separate takes. For a short video, generate the complete approved script rather than assuming separately generated fragments will join seamlessly.
حيّاك الله! اكتشف مجموعتنا الجديدة، واختَر الهدية اللي تناسبك. السعر ٩٩ ريال، والتوصيل متاح إلى الرياض وجدة.
Try this voice with your textReview the whole set without mixing its files
- Open one register row, its product page and its final video together. Compare the visible item, spoken feature, subtitles and destination. Do not approve from the audio filename alone.
- Check included versus pictured items. A cup placed beside a coffee gift box for styling is not automatically part of the purchase.
- Read the Arabic line after any noun swap: «هذا الكوب» and «هذه العلبة» cannot use the same demonstrative. Recheck quantities and singular/plural wording too.
- Watch on a phone with the final music. Confirm the instruction is audible and the linked product is actually available before release.
Change only what the new fact affects
If the mug gains a different lid, update its facts, script and export together. Do not silently replace the approved file: give the revision a new version and keep the previous one identifiable. If a shared ending changes, list every product video that uses it and check each destination again.
Estimate usage from the scripts that actually need new audio, including review takes. A single project and recurring client work may suit different plans. Compare the current Project Pack and monthly subscriptions, included usage and validity; buying a one-time pack is not a monthly subscription.
